And I don't mean just making your hair look thicker. Or just prolonging the inevitable baldness. I mean, are there any hair-loss treatment products out there that actually makes hair grow back and look good? :P I'm still pretty young, so I'm hoping there are.

Yes but when you stop using them the stop working, so you need to make a commitment.
