The B vitamin, Biotin, is a good supplement to help hair grow. Check with your doctors to see if you can take it along with your other meds.

Also, have your parents checked your thyroid? Hair lost can occur from that medical condition.

And yes, you must cut back on dyes, perms, and chemicals in general. Let your hair grow as naturally as possible.

If your hair is falling from your head you most likely have some INTERNAL fixing to do.

STOP all chemicals %26amp; colours!

Get a good daily supplement that includes biotin and B complex.

Babygirl, realistically your hair issues will not end in 1-2 months. Stop stressing and have a little patience. Weekly deep conditioning and monthly (or as needed) protein treatments help to keep the hair that you do grow in optimal condition.
