Young hair loss?

I am only 16 and my hair falls out all the time, there are no signs of any balding but im worried it will eventually happen. Is there any products or advice you could give me?

Young hair loss?

Be sure you are getting enough protein. My daughter, about your age at the time, started losing her hair. Her hairdresser said it was a lack of protein. She started eating more meat, dairy, etc and her hair loss stopped. Stress can also cause hair loss. Learn to chill! Do a little yoga or learn to meditate. Don't take life too serious. At 16 sometimes you get too wrapped up in the drama. Think to yourself, 'will this matter in 5 years?' If it won't, don't worry about it...

Technically speaking, there are no products to help treat hair loss. Hair loss is usually triggered through genetics or stress. If someone is somewhat bald in your family, that's probably where you got it from. Also, it may be your protein intake. Eat more protein! Chicken, beans, tofu, for example has a good amount of protein in them.

I would not worry because I know growing up with my mom she had tons of hair loss, but had a thick head of hair. You have millions of hair folicles and they keep growing back all the time, until you have signs of thining hair, I would not worry to much. I would in the mean time use product that don't have a lot of chemicals, but more natural stuff in it.

Don't be worried. Everyone goes through a "shedding" phase. Nothing can't stop it and you can't prevent it from happening. Try washing your hair gently and treating it with care while it goes through the phase. Sometimes, it can last for a short time, or a long time. You have 100,000 or more hairs on your head... and everytime one falls out, another starts to grow.

My hairdresser told me that app. 100 of hairwire loss a day is normal.

Are you too much under pressure? Or any of your parents has this problem too?

Whatever, you would better see a dermatologist.;)
