I would like to know of any next generation hair loss products especially new pills. I know that propecia and regaine (minoxydil) have achieved some positive results, but both are rather old, so is there any new pill?!

Nothing new (FDA Approved) yet. I have not heard about testing of other 5 alpha reductases that are available either.
