I really don't get this... I've tried every product you can imagine for quite some time, but my hair just keep losing from my head.

Do you know why you are losing your hair? Are you male and it runs in the family? Are you lacking something in your diet? There's a lot involved. You might want to check with your Dr.

I have found no help with hair loss products and know no one that has. That said you may form your opinion. I don't agree with them

Yes. Even the ones the FDA approved only work on 20% of the people and of that amount, they only see a slight improvement. Embrace your balding!
